• I stopped setting myself up for failure. I bought clothes that fit the body I have now-not the one I used to have or hope to have someday.

• I found gratitude in the present. I started noticing how strong my legs felt, how my body carried me through every workout, every hard day.

• I faced my fears. I wore the sports bra in the gym and realized... no one cared. The only person judging me was me.
