This might sound super simple, but honestly, it's a game-changer. For years, I used to wake up feeling groggy, hitting snooze way too many times. Then I learned about the power of natural light. As soon as my alarm goes off, I make it a point to yank open my curtains and let that morning sun flood into my room. Sometimes, I even step outside for a few minutes while I wait for my coffee to brew. There's something magical about feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, even for a moment. It tells your body, "Hey, it's daytime! Time to be awake and alert!" This helps regulate your circadian rhythm, which basically means your internal clock gets in sync, making it easier to fall asleep at night and wake up refreshed in the morning. I've noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and overall mood since making this a priority. Next, stretching. My body often feels stiff after hours of sleep, even if I've had a good night's rest.
