Earlier this year, I was transitioned to fully remote at my full-time job and it’s definitely been an adjustment!
It’s winter, it’s cold, it’s dark, and it’s easy to fall into your sad girl hours, but what I have found is that dressing up for each day as if I’m going into the office helps improve my mood!
