My journey is often criticized because I’m the fitness coach who put on size instead of shrinking.

And I love it.

I love the body I’ve built.

I love my curves.

I love my strength.

To me, part of being a coach is looking the part—and this is exactly how I want to look.

Not everyone will understand that.

And honestly… they don’t have to.

I’m incredibly proud of the body I’m sculpting, especially in my 30s when building muscle naturally isn’t impossible—but it does require intention, discipline, and time.

This body was built.

Rep by rep.

Meal by meal.

Year by year.

And we’re not done yet.

Rest and recovery are equally important—muscles need time to repair and grow, so prioritizing sleep and managing stress can significantly impact results. It's important to embrace your unique body shape and progress, rejecting the narrow standards of fitness that only value shrinking. Getting bigger and stronger isn’t a setback but a form of empowerment and pride. Keep tracking your progress through photos, measurements, or strength milestones rather than the scale alone. Ultimately, the journey is personal and should be celebrated rep by rep, meal by meal, year by year. Perseverance is the foundation that sustains long-lasting, natural muscle growth and self-confidence.
