② Cut the cucumber and carrot into 5mm wide strips

Sprinkle salt (outside the amount) and knead.

③ Mix all [A] in a bowl.

Add well-drained dried daikon radish and vegetables and mix.

Sprinkle with parsley.

The point is to squeeze out the moisture from the dried daikon and vegetables and mix them with seasonings.

If water remains, it will not tangle well and will become watery.
