[Ingredients (2 servings)]

・ Chicken thigh meat 400g

(It's easier to buy one that's cut into bite-sized pieces!)

Potato starch tablespoon 4

・ Vegetable oil Frying pan about 1cm

・ Consomme tablespoon 1

2 eggs

< Our secret teriyaki sauce >

◎ Soy sauce tablespoon 1

◎ Sake tablespoon 1

◎ mirin tablespoon 2

◎ Sugar tablespoon 2

◎ Garlic tube 3cm

10 g butter

[How to make]

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors.

② Sprinkle salt and pepper and sprinkle with potato starch.

③ Put 1cm oil in a frying pan and fry both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

④ Wipe off excess oil, add teriyaki sauce and simmer over medium heat until thick and complete!
