✅ ⅓ cup hot water
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sift cake flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
2️⃣ Beat butter + sugar until sandy. Mix in egg yolks.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients in 3 parts, alternating with sour cream, ending with flour.
4️⃣ Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 1 hr.
5️⃣ Roll dough to ½" thick, cut donuts (about 12).
