「ハイパーリンクヘアミストって実際どう？」「栄養 爆弾ミストって口コミで見るけど何がいいの？」が気になって、私は日中の乾燥ケアと匂いリセット目的で使っています。結論から言うと、“髪をまとめて整えたい日”にかなり頼れる一本でした。 まず、私が一番便利だと思ったのは「乾いた髪に使いやすい」ところ。朝の寝癖直しで軽くスプレーしてからブラシでとかすと、表面のパサつきが落ち着いてツヤが出やすいです。ヘアスプレー（リンク系のミスト）みたいにガチガチに固めるというより、まとまりと指通りを整えるタイプ。オイルっぽさがあるので、つけすぎると重く見えやすい点だけ注意しています。 パーマ復活ミストとして使うなら、私は“直接びしょ濡れにする”より、毛先中心にふわっと→手でくしゅっと形を戻す→足りなければ追加、の順が失敗しにくかったです。最初から近距離で何プッシュもすると束感が出すぎることがあるので、少し離してミストをまとわせる感覚がコツ。特にトップや前髪は1プッシュでも十分な日があります。 「栄養爆弾ミスト 髪」って表現は大げさかな？と思ったのですが、ダメージで広がりやすい日に“手触りが落ち着く”実感はありました。ドライヤーや紫外線で乾きやすい時期に、ツヤスタイリング寄りのケアができる感じ。私は外出前に使って、会社では髪に食べ物の匂いがついた時に軽く吹きかけてリセットする使い方も多いです。 香りはシャンパンローズ系で上品。強すぎないので、香水が苦手な日でも使いやすいと思いました（ただし、無香料派の人は好みが分かれるかも）。 最後に使用量の目安。私の場合はセミロングで2〜3プッシュがちょうどよく、スプレー後に必ずブラシで全体になじませるとムラになりにくいです。頭皮に近いところはひんやり感があるので、スカルプケア目的の時だけ狙って使うようにしています。重めのボトルなので、持ち運びはせず自宅・ロッカー置きが現実的でした。
