Kids + caffeine??

I keep seeing middle schoolers and even elementary kids drinking Alani, Celsius, and other energy drinks those have like 180–220mg of caffeine per can. 😬

I’m an adult and I don’t even drink that much! It honestly makes me wonder — should kids be allowed to have caffeine at all? And if they “need” it to stay awake in school, maybe that’s a bigger issue (like lack of sleep or too much screen time).
