"Just be alive today."
I wake up in the morning and my body feels heavy.
I didn't have the energy to turn the washing machine, and breakfast was yesterday's leftovers.
I suddenly realized that I was about to blame myself for saying "it's no good."
Still, I'm alive. Isn't that enough?
I used to think that if I didn't do something "right," it wasn't worth it.
Do housework, raise children, save money and save money.
Every time my mother-in-law says, "You're doing well,"
I was careful, saying "I have to be able to see it properly."
But that day, when my mind and body were at their limit and I woke up in a hospital bed,
The nurse said quietly.
"Just being alive is admirable," she said.
I couldn't stop crying at those words.
I never thought the day would come when someone would say that.
Since then, I have been "practicing not to work hard" little by little.
Frozen dumplings are good for dinner.
It's okay if the laundry isn't folded.
To think, "I survived today, that's all right."
Anxiety about money and difficulty in human relationships,
If you think that all of them are evidence of living in the "now,"
There are days when the world looks a little kinder.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
It's okay to have days when you can't laugh.
Just being alive is really amazing.
In the evening, when I saw the laundry on the veranda swaying in the wind,
"Today somehow ended," he muttered in a small way.
That moment may be the proof of hard work that no one can see.
So please don't blame yourself today.
Just being alive is enough 🌙
If you could relate even a little now,
Come back here again 📌
