中野の『Butter Coffee Stand』は、おしゃれで静かな無機質空間が魅力の小さなカフェで、4組しか座れないためゆったりと過ごせるのが特徴です。私は先日、初めてこのカフェを訪れ、旬のさくらんぼを使った限定メニューを楽しみました。 特にカッサータは、濃厚でなめらかなクリームチーズの味わいと、ナッツやドライフルーツのほどよい食感が絶妙で、とても満足感がありました。アルコールが使用されているようですが、私にはほとんど感じられず、デザートとしての完成度が高いと感じました。チェリークランブルバスクチーズケーキは、アメリカンチェリーのシロップとチェリーリキュールが使用されており、甘酸っぱさとクリーミーさが口の中で絶妙に調和します。上に乗ったクランブルのサクサク感もアクセントになっていて、パイを思わせる味わいが楽しめました。 また、チェリーコーラフロートは見た目も可愛らしく、さくらんぼの季節を感じられる一品としておすすめです。限定メニューなので、提供時間や数量に注意が必要ですが、中野駅から徒歩5分の便利な立地にあるため、気軽に訪れることができます。 私が訪れた土曜の14時頃は雨のためか空いていて、席に余裕がありましたが、晴れた週末は満席になることも多いそうです。時間帯や混雑状況を調べて計画的に訪れるのがベストです。 このカフェはドリンクメニューも豊富で、エスプレッソやラテ、チャイラテなど多彩なコーヒー・ティーベースの飲み物があり、一緒に楽しむのもおすすめです。席の利用は提供から45分制というルールもあるため、短時間でデザートとドリンクを堪能するのにぴったりの場所です。 季節限定のさくらんぼスイーツを探している方や、静かで落ち着いた空間でカフェタイムを楽しみたい方には、ぜひ『Butter Coffee Stand』を訪れてみてほしいと思います。旬の果実と丁寧に作られたスイーツが満喫できる、私のお気に入りのカフェです。
