We've been swimming for a few days now, so I want to share a simple routine for those who want to start exercising by swimming.
I like swimming more than running because I feel cool, not hot, and I move my whole body. 💙
📌 the formula we swim now.
* Aim for 10 round-trip
* Swim first 5 rounds, rest 30-40s per round
* Finish a 2-3 minute long break set.
* Then continue swimming for the last 5 laps

* 5-round freestyle
* Frog 5 rounds
We like to switch like this because freestyle allows the heart to beat faster and use a lot of force, and frog moves are more comfortable to swim, keeping the rhythm continuous.
✨ for novices, do not need to complete this swim from the first day. Gradually increase the number of rounds according to your own strength. Most importantly, you can do it continuously and enjoy exercising.
