HOW I STAYED WITH MY MIDDLE SCHOOL BF ❤️

1) actions speak louder than words : it’s always easy to tell someone you love them, but it means so much more to SHOW them that you love them

2) focus on strong communication : remember that it is you and them vs the problem instead of you vs them! Just talk about everything and communicate even the smallest changes in plans. But even just simple communication and talking helps build a strong communication

3) focus on each others love language : I love giving gifts and he’s not the best at giving gifts but he TRIES so hard. And that is truly what’s important. He listens and makes an effort. And he loves acts of service but I don’t care, so I always make an effort to give him back scratches or massages to make him feel appreciated.

4) have fun : our favorite times together are acting like children again and not always acting so serious

One thing I learned is the importance of consistent, honest communication—not just about big things but also about little changes in your day or plans. It helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps you both connected. Another crucial factor is learning each other’s love language. For example, even if your boyfriend isn’t great at giving gifts, his effort counts a lot. On my part, I make sure to show appreciation through actions like giving back massages or small gestures that make him feel loved and noticed. This mutual effort strengthens the bond over time. Also, never underestimate the power of having fun together! Sometimes, just goofing around and acting silly reminds you why you enjoy each other’s company. It breaks the tension that can sometimes come from being too serious about everything. Lastly, understanding that actions speak louder than words helped me realize that love isn’t just about saying "I love you"; it’s about showing it repeatedly through care and attention. Holding hands in the hallway, sending little texts during the day, or supporting each other with schoolwork are simple ways to express love. If you’re wondering how to get closer to your boyfriend at school, try sharing your thoughts and feelings openly or making plans to do small cute activities like studying together or watching a movie. These moments make the relationship feel special and real. Remember, every couple is unique. Don’t compare; instead, focus on what makes your relationship strong and enjoyable for both of you.
