What would you do in Bowling Green, KY?
Have you been to Bowling Green? What would you choose to do here?
Bowling Green is about 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park, making it a popular place to visit. Here are some ideas of what to do there:
•Visit the new Buc-ee's in Smithgrove, KY. If you haven’t been to a Buc-ee’s it can be a bit overwhelming but we enjoyed a burrito and a pulled pork sandwich before we went into Bowling Green!
•Explore the National Corvette Museum: so many neat cars and a must see for car enthusiasts. This is also the famous sight of a sinkhole that opened up and swallowed 8 corvettes— if you haven’t heard of it look it up. It is crazy!
•Walk around Fountain Square Park with its beautiful fountain, a few local stores, and a few local restaurants
•Shop at Greenwood Mall with several big stores like palmetto moon, buckle and hollister. This is a decent size mall with several options
•Shop at The Pink Lily Boutique Retail. I was SOO excited to go into a store for this online boutique that I typically shop at!
•Eat dinner at Montana Grille. The steak and cornbread were sooo yummy!
