You are not alone
It's a feeling many of us know too well, isn't it? The quiet struggle, the silent battles we fight within ourselves. As the saying goes, "PEOPLE CAN BE SO QUIET ABOUT THEIR PAIN, THAT YOU FORGET THEY ARE HURTING." We often put on a brave face, going about our daily lives as if everything is perfectly fine, even when inside, we're navigating a storm. It's not that we aren't in pain; it's simply that sometimes, "WE DON'T WANT TO BOTHER YOU WITH IT AND WE DON'T WANT TO KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING OVER AGAIN." This reluctance to share stems from various places. Perhaps we've tried to open up before and felt misunderstood, or maybe we worry about becoming a burden to our loved ones. There's a fear of judgment, or the thought that our pain isn't 'big enough' to warrant attention. This can lead to a cycle of isolation, where the very act of hiding our hurting makes us feel even more alone. But I want to reassure you: this is a common human experience. You are absolutely not alone in feeling this way. Learning to embrace vulnerability isn't easy, but it’s a crucial step towards healing. It doesn’t mean you have to broadcast your deepest struggles to the world immediately. It can start small. Maybe it’s confiding in one trusted friend, journaling your feelings, or seeking professional support. The act of acknowledging your pain, even if only to yourself, is powerful. It allows you to process what you’re feeling instead of letting it fester in silence. Remember, your pain is valid, regardless of its origin or intensity. You deserve compassion, especially from yourself. Healing is a journey, not a destination, and it’s rarely linear. There will be good days and bad days, but each step you take towards acknowledging and addressing your emotional well-being is a step forward. Don't let the fear of 'bothering' others or 'saying the same thing over again' keep you from seeking the support and understanding you deserve. We all need connection, and by opening up, we not only help ourselves but also create space for others to be vulnerable too. You will heal, and you don't have to do it alone.

I think its a good thing because sometimes the ppl that you tell your business to will take on your worries and issues as well making them feel sad or bad too. I suggest speaking to a therapist or someone whom is equipped to handle what you’re dealing with.
