Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.
2. Psalm 73:23–26
Nevertheless, I am continually with you;
you hold my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will receive me to glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
3. Mark 10:29–30
Jesus said, “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life.”
And there are many other promises in the bible. Just believe and TRUST GOD 🙏🏼

... Read moreIt’s amazing how much peace a quiet start to the day can bring, especially when you’re feeling a bit lost or overwhelmed. I used to struggle with loneliness, even when surrounded by people. But I discovered the incredible power of early morning prayer in solitude. It's not always easy to carve out that time, but believe me, it's worth it.
For me, it often begins before the house fully wakes up, or sometimes I'll find a quiet spot outdoors, maybe even just looking up at the bright blue sky with sun rays peeking through the dense green pine tree branches in my backyard. There’s something about that natural setting that just helps me feel closer to God. The silence is a gift, allowing me to truly hear my own thoughts and, more importantly, to listen to what God might be speaking to my heart.
When I sit down for these moments of prayer, I don't necessarily follow a rigid script. Sometimes I just pour out my heart to Jesus, sharing all my worries, fears, and even my joys. Other times, I simply sit in His presence, letting the quiet wash over me. I often reflect on verses like Joshua 1:9, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go." This verse is such a powerful reminder that no matter how alone I might feel, I am never truly alone. God is always there, walking beside me.
I think about Psalm 73:23-26 too, especially the part that says, "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." It’s so comforting to know that when my own strength falters, His never does. He truly is the anchor for my soul.
One practical tip I've found helpful is to keep a prayer journal. Sometimes just writing down my prayers and thoughts helps me focus and process what's on my heart. It’s also a beautiful way to look back and see how God has answered prayers and guided me through different seasons. Another thing that helps is picking a specific Bible verse to meditate on each morning. Just one verse can profoundly shift my perspective for the entire day.
This practice of solitary morning prayer has transformed how I face my day. It grounds me, fills me with a sense of purpose, and reminds me of God's unwavering love and promises. If you're feeling lonely or disconnected, I truly encourage you to try setting aside just a few minutes each morning to speak to God. You might be surprised by the peace and strength you find.
All the time🙏
