4月から5月にかけて、我が家も食費の増加に頭を悩ませる時期でした。特に子どもの成長に伴い、栄養バランスや量を考えるとどうしても減らせない食費の面で悩んでいます。私も同じように子育てと家計管理を両立しており、ポイントや割引を活用しつつも、外食費が嵩むことがよくあります。外食費を抑える方法としては、週末のみに限定したり、お得なクーポンを使ったり、手作りのお弁当を持参する工夫を取り入れています。また、日用品やオムツはまとめ買いでコストダウンを図ることも効果的です。 今回の家計簿を見ると、固定費では住宅ローンや保険、スマホ代などが大きな割合を占めていますね。こういった固定費は見直しが難しいですが、例えば保険の内容を定期的にチェックして本当に必要なものだけに絞る、スマホやWi-Fiはプランの見直しで節約可能な部分も。私の場合は、格安SIMに切り替えることで月々のスマホ代をかなり抑えられました。 貯蓄については、子ども貯金や確定拠出年金、つみたてNISA、各種積立を計画的に行っているのが印象的です。私も投資や積立を始めてから将来に向けた安心感が増しています。特に資産形成初心者にはつみたてNISAが取り組みやすいと思います。楽しみながら無理なく続けることが長続きのコツです。 月ごとの家計簿を公開し、支出増加の理由や対策を共有することは、同じ立場の方にとって大変参考になると思います。節約しすぎてストレスが溜まってしまうよりも、必要な支出は認めて、将来のための貯蓄も大事にするバランスが何より重要ですよね。家計管理は家庭それぞれですが、こうしたリアルな数字と工夫のシェアは多くの人の励みにもなります。今後も家計簿公開を楽しみにしています！
