ถ้าพูดถึงอาหารใต้สำหรับคนที่รักรสชาติจัดจ้าน เราอยากแนะนำให้มาลองร้านหรอยแรงบางกอกที่โชคชัย 4 ซอย 54 ที่นี่ไม่ได้มีดีแค่รสชาติที่เข้มข้นตามแบบฉบับอาหารใต้แท้ๆ แต่ยังใช้วัตถุดิบพิเศษที่ส่งตรงจากภาคใต้ เช่น ปลากะพงที่เลี้ยงในน้ำจืด-น้ำเค็ม-น้ำกร่อยจากสงขลา สตอที่กรอบได้ใจ และกะปิสูตรใต้แท้ ให้ความหอมและรสชาติเข้มข้นสมคำล่ำลือ ประทับใจมากกับเมนูสะตอกะปิกุ้งหมูสับ ที่มีรสชาติกลมกล่อมหอมกะปิ และแกงเหลืองปลากะพงที่เผ็ดจี๊ดจ๊าดแต่ไม่กลบความหวานของเนื้อปลา สำหรับคนไม่ชอบเผ็ดจัดที่นี่ก็มีตัวเลือกความเผ็ดให้ปรับได้ด้วย ทำให้ทุกคนสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารใต้ได้อย่างเต็มที่ อีกเมนูที่อยากแนะนำคือกุ้งแม่น้ำทอดเกลือ เนื้อกุ้งกรอบเด้ง น้ำราดเค็มนัวเข้ากันได้ดีมาก ทานคู่กับข้าวสวยร้อนๆ อร่อยแบบไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่มเลยค่ะ สำหรับใครที่ชอบของหวาน ร้านนี้ก็มี банофฟีแบบไทยๆ ที่ใช้กล้วยบวชชีคาราเมลน้ำตาลโตนดและกากมะพร้าวคั่ว อร่อยแบบไม่เหมือนใคร เป็นการปิดท้ายมื้อที่ลงตัวมาก ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่ 11.00 น. ถึง 22.00 น. หยุดวันจันทร์ และมีที่จอดรถในซอยสะดวกสบาย เหมาะกับมาเป็นครอบครัวหรือแก๊งเพื่อน ถ้าอยากเติมเต็มรสชาติอาหารใต้แท้ๆ ต้องไม่พลาดร้านนี้จริงๆค่ะ
