Ingredients

Plain or Vanilla Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (1 1/2 cups).

Cool Whip (3/4 cup)

1/4 cup softened or whipped cream cheese.

2-3 tablespoons Key Lime Juice.

Lime zest, for garnish.

Generous pinch of sea salt. Or more.

1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar.

1-2 tablespoons instant cheesecake pudding mix, optional.

1-2 scoops of unflavored or vanilla protein powder, optional.

Dippers/Add-Ins

Pretzels or pretzel crisps.

Vanilla wafers.

Graham crackers.

Fresh strawberries/raspberries.

White chocolate chips. I added them into the dip!

Directions

Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sea salt, lime juice, lime zest, and powdered sugar to a large bowl. If using instant pudding mix for a thicker dip, add it here as well.

Whisk together until smooth and well-combined. You can also use an immersion blender for an extra smooth texture.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the dip is light and fluffy.

Fold in white chocolate chips, if using. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with additional lime zest and toasted coconut, if desired.

Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, fruit, or your favorite dippers.

... Read moreI've personally found that incorporating key lime juice and zest into Greek yogurt creates a refreshing and tangy base that pairs beautifully with creamy ingredients. Using plain or vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt can boost the protein content naturally, making it a great dessert option for those who want to indulge without guilt. Adding cream cheese and whipped topping like Cool Whip gives the dip a luscious texture, almost like a no-bake dessert filling. For a thicker consistency, including instant cheesecake pudding mix works wonders, and I've noticed it adds subtle richness without overwhelming the lime flavor. One of my favorite tricks is folding in white chocolate chips, which add a delightful sweet contrast to the tartness of the lime. This combination tastes like a true key lime pie without any baking required! For serving, I love pairing this dip with graham crackers or vanilla wafers to mimic the pie crust experience. Fresh berries like strawberries or raspberries also complement the dip's tang perfectly, providing a fresh, juicy bite. If you're looking to increase protein intake further, adding a scoop or two of unflavored or vanilla protein powder blends seamlessly without impacting flavor negatively. This makes the dip ideal as a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert. Overall, this key lime pie Greek yogurt dip has become a staple in my kitchen for satisfying sweet cravings while staying health-conscious. It’s simple to prepare, customizable, and delicious enough to serve guests at casual get-togethers. Give it a try and feel free to experiment with different add-ins and toppings to suit your taste preferences!
