3 Reasons Why I Burn My Pages 🔥

Not every journal entry should live forever. Some words are meant to leave with the flame.

Here’s why I burn my pages when spirals hit:

1️⃣ Fire transforms — What your mind can’t resolve, fire can. Watching words turn to ash reminds you: this no longer belongs to you.

2️⃣ It stops the cycle — Re-reading old pain reopens wounds. Burning breaks the loop of spiraling.

3️⃣ It creates closure — Even without answers, fire gives you an ending. The paper carried it. Now it’s gone.

✨ You’re not destroying — you’re freeing. Some pages guide you. Others you’re meant to release.

And when you’re ready — the same pen that releases pain can also script possibility. That’s where manifestation begins. 🌹
