This turned out to be a super easy low calorie lunch that I meal prepped 3 days worth of. I didn’t incorporate the tzatziki sauce in the calorie breakdown because I will record that after I apply it to my dish. I didn’t want the liquid sitting on the veggies and having them get mushy. #foodie
