Not a bad day 1

Getting back into working out is always hard. I like to start off the first week with easy work outs and lots of walking. #workout #startingover #summerbod

... Read moreBeginning a workout routine after a break can be challenging, but starting with gentle exercises and consistent walking is a great way to build stamina without overwhelming yourself. From personal experience, pacing myself with walks of around two miles and keeping workout sessions under an hour has helped me maintain motivation and prevent burnout. Tracking your progress, like timing your walks and noting average paces, can provide encouragement and tangible results, similar to the summary where a 50-minute session covered 2.37 miles at an average pace of about 21 minutes per mile. Incorporating outdoor walks also boosts mental health and keeps exercise feeling less like a chore. It's important to listen to your body and not rush back into intense workouts too quickly. Adopting this gradual approach not only reduces the risk of injury but also makes fitness more sustainable in the long run. Focus on consistency, celebrate small milestones, and build your routine in a way that suits your lifestyle and keeps you energized toward your summer body goals.

How to recover from a bad grade
Getting bad grade can hurt, especially when you didn’t expect it or even learned a lot for the exam and put a lot of effort into it. However, it can be a great opportunity to learn from you mistakes and understand what went wrong so you can make sure this won’t happen again. On the other hand, mayb

How I handle “Good” & “Bad” mental health days
On good days, it’s tempting to do it all! But I’ve learned to prioritize only the things that align with my values. So instead of saying yes to everything, I focus on quality time, combining friend hangouts with things I’d enjoy solo, like coffee at a cute cafe or a workout class. Keeping things si
