Not a bad day 1

Getting back into working out is always hard. I like to start off the first week with easy work outs and lots of walking. #workout #startingover #summerbod

From personal experience, pacing myself with walks of around two miles and keeping workout sessions under an hour has helped me maintain motivation and prevent burnout. Tracking your progress, like timing your walks and noting average paces, can provide encouragement and tangible results, similar to the summary where a 50-minute session covered 2.37 miles at an average pace of about 21 minutes per mile. Incorporating outdoor walks also boosts mental health and keeps exercise feeling less like a chore. It's important to listen to your body and not rush back into intense workouts too quickly. Adopting this gradual approach not only reduces the risk of injury but also makes fitness more sustainable in the long run. Focus on consistency, celebrate small milestones, and build your routine in a way that suits your lifestyle and keeps you energized toward your summer body goals.

Starting again is the worst. It’s so frustrating.
