How to get custom Content in your game

First go to your files on your computer or laptop Secondly go to your ea file Lastly u should see a mods folder u need that open then I have already showed/told yall where I get my cc from u download the cc and put it in that folder. U gotta make sure in your setting of sims that u allow mods
