Read moreถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “izakaya” หรือ “izakaya food” แล้วอยากได้ร้านที่บรรยากาศคึกคักแบบคนญี่ปุ่นจริงๆ แต่ราคาไม่โหด เราว่า Isomaru Suisan เป็นตัวเลือกที่ปลอดภัยมาก โดยเฉพาะวันที่เดินเที่ยวทั้งวันแล้วอยากหาร้านนั่งยาวๆ กินไปคุยไป ร้านนี้มีหลายสาขาในโตเกียว เราไปสาขา Ueno เดินทางสะดวก เหมาะกับคนพักแถวอุเอโนะ/อาซากุสะ หรือกลับมาจากตลาด/สวนแล้วหิวๆ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือ “ฟีลอิซากายะ” มาเต็ม โต๊ะค่อนข้างแน่นๆ มีเสียงคุย เสียงสั่งอาหาร บรรยากาศชิลแบบหลังเลิกงาน เมนูเป็นแนวกับแกล้มและอาหารทะเลหลากหลาย เลือกสั่งได้เรื่อยๆ ทำให้เหมาะมากกับการมากันหลายคนแล้วแชร์กันลองหลายอย่าง เมนูที่อยากป้ายยา (จากที่เราได้ลอง/เห็นในร้าน) ถ้าเป็นสายซีฟู้ดแนะนำเริ่มจาก ซาชิมิขาปู ที่จัดมาสวยและสดมาก กินกับวาซาบิและมะนาวแล้วสดชื่น ต่อด้วย มันปูย่าง (เสิร์ฟในกระดองปู) หอมมัน เค็มนิดๆ กำลังดี เป็นเมนูที่กินเพลินมาก และ ข้าวปั้นมันปูย่าง ที่ข้างนอกจะมีความหอมย่างๆ ข้างในมีไส้มันปู ตัดกับขิงดองคือเข้ากันแบบคาดไม่ถึง อีกอย่างที่สายแซ่บน่าลองคือ ยุกเกะซีฟู้ดกิมจิ ที่มาเป็นชาม มีไข่แดงดิบกับงา โรยบนหัวไชเท้าฝอยและใบชิโสะ รสจะจัดขึ้น เหมาะเป็นจานเรียกน้ำย่อย ทริคสั่งอาหารให้คุ้มแบบอิซากายะที่เราใช้คือ สั่ง 2–3 อย่างแรกเป็นเมนูเบาๆ ก่อน (ซาชิมิ/ยุกเกะ) แล้วค่อยตามด้วยของย่างอย่างมันปูย่างหรือข้าวปั้นมันปู จะได้ไม่อิ่มเร็วเกินไปและได้ลองหลายเมนู ถ้าไปกัน 2 คน เราว่ากำลังดีคือสั่งประมาณ 4–6 เมนูแล้วแชร์กัน ส่วนถ้าไปเป็นแก๊งจะสนุกมาก เพราะลองได้แทบทุกอย่าง เรื่องราคา เรารู้สึกว่า “ราคาดีเมื่อเทียบกับความสดและปริมาณ” ไม่ได้ถูกแบบร้านข้าวกล่อง แต่ก็ไม่แรงจนต้องคิดเยอะ เหมาะกับคนอยากนั่งชิล กินกับแกล้มเรื่อยๆ แบบ izakaya แท้ๆ ใครมีแพลนเที่ยวโตเกียวแล้วอยากได้ร้านแนวนี้ ใส่ Isomaru Suisan (Ueno) ไว้เป็นลิสต์ได้เลย
