My Dark Romeo review
So I basically picked this book at random because Jacob Morgan narrated the MMC.
This book was okay, nothing spectacular. I really liked the funny banter, and love a sappy ending, but I honestly almost DNF'ed this book. I feel this would have been better as a dual narration, though surprisingly Jacob can apparently do a decent female voice. I also felt the southern accent was ridiculous at times, I mean come on as a southern woman....I know I don't sound like that! I also felt perhaps this is better suited as a pause from the heavy and dark, maybe a younger than I adult reader.
Overall, I'd give this book. 2.5/5. the banter and Jacob basically made this book.
