Will I actually receive a prize from Lemon8?

I've won several prizes... haven't received anything. I won my first prize November 2024 and never received anything. 😢 I've won a few prizes this year and still nothing. How do I win anything on here?!

I’ve gotten all my prizes mostly gift cards in a timely manner. Physical items can take up to 6 months for shipping though
