Soooo yeah. To put it shortly, our so-called contractor has been making excuses after excuses and last night, I discovered a giant rabbit hole involving scams with his name on it. I should’ve seen it sooner, but literally every other contractor that we talked to either didn’t show up or just downright sucked and I wanted this to be done pretty much by the time fall was starting because I was starting full-time in college.
Definitely learned my lesson. I told him that he should send 90% of the refund back or we’ll go to a small claims court. He’s got today to figure it out.
