🍓 Strawberry Shortcake (165.-)
Honestly, I expect quite a lot because the price is reasonably high, but when I eat... the two edges of the box do not find strawberries at all 🥹. Secretly, the cake meat is soft, light, sweet, little, easy to eat, but the overall taste for us is not quite wow. If I ask if I will buy it again... probably not, but not bad. Just feel that it is not worth the price.
🫐 Blueberry Cheesecake (140.-)
We are not a lot of cheesecake lines, but have eaten other shops and are very addictive, so I secretly expect. This cheesecake meat will be light, not heavy, less sweet. Crumble is not very crispy. The taste is medium, edible, but it is not a piece that makes me want to go back and buy again.

เมื่อได้ลอง From Scratch Bakeshop & Café ที่ Mega Bangna รอบที่ 2 หลังจากรอบแรกที่อด เพราะเค้กยังไม่มาเติม ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าสำหรับคนที่ชอบรอและอยากกินเค้กสดใหม่ รอทราบเวลาที่ร้านแจ้งมาใน LINE Official เป็นเคล็ดลับที่ช่วยให้ไปถึงถูกจังหวะไม่เสียเที่ยว วันที่ไปถึงสายนิดหน่อยประมาณ 16.00 น. แต่ยังมีคนรอคิวหลายคนและกดซื้อหลายกล่อง ก็ทำให้เห็นว่าความนิยมกับเค้กร้านนี้ยังสูงอยู่มาก รอประมาณ 20 นาทีในอากาศร้อนถือว่าท้าใจมาก แต่ก็คุ้มกับการได้ลอง เพราะได้ซื้อ Strawberry Shortcake และ Blueberry Cheesecake มา ซึ่งรสชาติของทั้งสองแบบถือว่านุ่มละมุน เข้ากันได้ดีกับกลิ่นสตรอว์เบอร์รี่และบลูเบอร์รี่ที่เสริมความสดชื่น แม้จะรู้สึกว่าในบางส่วนของ Strawberry Shortcake สตรอว์เบอร์รี่อาจน้อยไปบ้าง แต่เนื้อเค้กก็มีความเบาและหวานน้อย ไม่เลี่ยนเกินไป ทำให้กินแล้วไม่รู้สึกหนักท้อง สำหรับ Blueberry Cheesecake มีความครีมแบบบางเบา หนักไปทางความนุ่มมากกว่าความเข้มข้นของชีส ครัมเบิลด้านบนมีความกรอบไม่มากแต่พอทำให้มีความหลากหลายของสัมผัสรสชาติในคำเดียวกันได้ดี ไม่หวานจนเกินไป เหมาะกับคนที่ไม่ชอบชีสเค้กชนิดหนัก ๆ ความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวคือ ถ้าเป็นสายหวานที่รักความเข้มข้นจัด ๆ อาจจะยังไม่ถึงกับฟินสุด ๆ แต่ถ้ามองในมุมของครั้งแรกที่ได้ลองเทรนด์เค้กร้านนี้ ก็ถือว่าสนุกกับประสบการณ์และรสชาติที่ค่อนข้างดี แม้จะยังไม่ถึงขั้นว้าวกับราคาในครั้งนี้ก็ตาม ถ้าเพื่อน ๆ มีโอกาสไปลองจริง ๆ อย่าลืมเผื่อเวลาดี ๆ เพราะจากการสังเกต การต่อคิวและกดซื้อหลายกล่องของลูกค้าทำให้ของอาจหมดไว ต้องมาในเวลาที่คาดการณ์ดีจะได้ไม่ต้องรอนานหรืออดกินเหมือนรอบแรกนะคะ ใครที่ชอบเค้กเน้นความนุ่ม หวานน้อย พร้อมได้ลิ้มรสสัมผัสผลไม้สดในตัว บอกเลยว่าลองดูค่ะ แต่ถ้าคุณเป็นสายสะใจรักรสเข้มข้น อาจต้องลองไปดูหลายเมนูหรือรอรีวิวเพิ่มเติมก่อนซื้อนะคะ สุดท้ายแล้ว ทุกอย่างคือความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวและรสชาติเป็นเรื่องของความชอบส่วนบุคคล ใครที่เคยลองแล้วก็แวะมาแชร์ประสบการณ์กันได้ค่ะ จะได้ช่วยกันค้นหาเมนูที่โดนใจจริง ๆ!
