Chapter 2 - Accidental meeting

Saturday morning, Tick chooses to leave the house for a walk alone after days of strange good feelings.

The morning weather in early February was refreshing. The wind blew gently until the end of her hair swayed.

The newly opened cafe on the corner of the street recently opened shortly after.

A storefront sign says "Starlit Coffee" - Starlight Brewed Coffee. "

The name of the store is strangely consistent with last night's feeling.

As soon as the door was pushed in, a mild aroma of vanilla mixed with a freshly roasted coffee smell floated in.

It's the smell that makes Tick's heart relax, like someone hugged her from behind.

She was looking for an empty table, but at that same pace -

Her body accidentally crashed into someone.

The coffee mug in his hand tilted a little, but the man took it fluently.

He turned to make eye contact with her...

His eyes were dark brown, warm as a starry night.

It is not the handsome sight that stands out, but the sight that makes the person in front "safe."

The kind that Tick's heart accidentally beat so hard that she had to hold her breath.

He smiled in the corner of his mouth a little.

The smile is as soft as a blanket on a cold night.

"Are you okay?"

His low falsetto was so gentle that it felt like the world had stopped spinning for a second.

Tick the answer

"I'm sorry... I didn't look very careful."

He shook his face gently.

"I'm the one who can't watch the way. I'm sorry to you, too."

Both chuckled unintentionally.

The atmosphere was like clear bubbles rising around it.

Nobody knows what attracts anyone, but nobody wants to move away.

And then he said a sentence.

That sounds ordinary, but instead makes Tick's heart shake until it almost comes off -

"Well, if you don't have a seat to sit with, I don't want our first meeting to end in a bump."

The word "our first."

Make the cheeks tick up the color immediately

She nodded supposedly.

"Yes..."

He walked to the table by the window.

A table with warm sunshine fits like they were prepared to wait for both of them in the first place.

When they both started talking, the sound of the outside world gradually fell silent.

Only the sound of the heart beating is left.

He introduced himself.

Tik then introduced himself back.

And in less than ten minutes,

This strange man...

It doesn't feel strange. It's like someone you've known in your dreams for a long time.

Until he asked -

"Have you ever felt like something good is coming into your life?"

Tick, you really feel that way.

It was still like that last night.

She asked back.

"Do you feel it?"

He looked at her with more stable eyes.

As if seeing the answer you've been looking for for a long time

"Yes, I've felt it for days, too."

He smiled softly before speaking smoothly but in the heart.

"And now I'm starting to know why it feels like that."

Tick the heart beats harder without knowing the reason.

But she knows -

This is no ordinary meeting.
