Ajisen Ramen (味千拉麵) in Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀 hit the spot perfectly. Tsim Sha Tsui itself is a vibrant hub, and even in a typhoon, there's a certain energy to it. We even managed to snap some unique photos, embracing the "come to Hong Kong, take pictures in the middle of the intersection" vibe, though perhaps with fewer people around than usual! Now, speaking of making the most of your Hong Kong trip, especially when a typhoon threatens outdoor plans, it’s worth thinking about alternative attractions. If the weather hadn't been so wild, a trip to Ocean Park would have been high on our list. I’ve heard amazing things about the *Ocean Express*, particularly the views from its *Waterfront Station*. It offers a completely different side of Hong Kong, fantastic for families or anyone looking for theme park thrills and marine life. It’s certainly a great option to consider for a day when the skies are clearer, or even on a rainy day if you prefer indoor attractions. And for those searching for those truly unique, sensory experiences – perhaps something akin to a delicate 'jasmine' discovery – Hong Kong is full of hidden gems. Beyond the famous restaurants, you can stumble upon small tea houses offering exquisite blends, or local bakeries with pastries that have subtle, fragrant notes. During our trip, I even found a delightful *peach scented milk tea*! These little discoveries, whether it's a unique flavor or a quiet corner, are what make a trip so memorable, no matter the weather. Even as we were heading to Hong Kong International Airport 香港國際機場, ready to say "Bye Bye Hong Kong" and back to reality, those small moments really stuck with me.
