Beyond the 7 steps shared in the main article, I found a few things made a huge difference in my personal routine. Firstly, finding your 'why' is crucial for consistency. For me, it wasn't just about getting a 'summer bod' (though that's a nice bonus!). It was about feeling stronger, more aligned, and having that mental clarity after each session. When you hit those days you don't feel like showing up, remembering that deeper motivation helps immensely. Secondly, don't underestimate the power of setting up your home practice space. While a studio with reformers is amazing, having my own pink Pilates mat and a yoga block at home allowed me to squeeze in quick sessions when life got busy. I even invested in some light pink dumbbells and resistance bands to add variety – you don't need heavy black kettlebells to feel the burn to start!
