Soup Season 🤎
Chicken noodle soup can cure any soul 🤎 I’ll leave you the recipe below ⬇️
Ingredients:
- chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 5 celery sticks, sliced
- yellow onion, diced
- 32 oz chicken broth
- butter
- flour
- water
- salt, pepper, herbs de Provence, sage, dill (for soup)
- salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika (for chicken)
Instructions:
- cook chicken in pan, season with chicken seasonings listed above.
- once cook, remove from pan and shred - set aside
- slice all of your vegetables and add to large pot with butter
- sweat vegetables for a few minutes. Add flour and cook flour down for a few minutes.
- add add your liquid. I used 32 oz of chicken broth and about 2 1/2 cups of water.
- add noodles, chicken and seasonings (soup), mix well.
- add a lid and let simmer until noodles are cooked.
** you could use less water than me depending on the size of your pot. Just make sure your liquid covers your noodles!
