How I Got My Baby to Sleep Through the Night 😴

How I actually got my daughter to sleep through the night… and the answer is way simpler than I expected. 🤍

For months, I couldn’t figure out why she kept waking up. I tried adjusting her bedtime, shifting her naps, giving a full bottle before bed… nothing helped.

Then it finally hit me — she was cold.

Our house isn’t well insulated, and we honestly can’t afford to crank the heat all night long. Even in warm pajamas, she was waking up chilly.

The game changer? A Sherpa-lined sleep sack.

I put her in it one night just to try it… and she slept 9.5 hours straight. I couldn’t believe it.

I didn’t change anything else. Not her schedule, not her bedtime routine — just made sure she was warm, cozy, and comfortable.
