New Fragrance Oil???

Guys I am genuinely stumped! My mom bought me this from tj maxx today and we both have never seen it before. It smells very good; it must have notes of jasmine and something else sweet but I can’t find it anywhere online. Has anyone seen this before?

My initial impression was spot-on: it has beautiful notes of jasmine, which I absolutely adore, blended with a delightful sweetness. But after wearing it a bit, I've started to pick up on what makes it truly a 'Champagne Dreams' scent. There's an effervescent quality, almost a fruity, sparkling undertone that lifts the floral and sweet notes, making it feel bright and sophisticated, yet still incredibly wearable. It’s not just a flat sweet scent; it has layers that unfold beautifully on the skin. As an eau de parfum oil, I've noticed it has fantastic longevity, lingering subtly for hours without being overwhelming, which is perfect for everyday wear or a special evening out.
