The minimum viable walk ladder

Pick the smallest one you can do today. Every step counts.

We find in almost every case, once you get going, you’ll do a bit more that you set out for, you just need to get started.

Low energy? Choose 2 or 5. Good day? Choose 10 or 20.

Some days need a “minimum” plan. 2 minutes is still a win. So is 5.

Save this for low energy days, as a reminder that doing something counts, no matter how small.
