Some options for the next time you go to Sam’s!✨

The ground beef, eggs, Greek yogurt and kiwi are some things i religiously buy at sam’s because it’s just such a great deal, but last time i went i found the granola and cereal and i was surprised with all the clean ingredients, its always been hard to find a non processed granola that actually taste good.

The best option for granola honestly? Make your own at home that’s what i do (my best friend taught me) and it comes out so good! But this are great options if you don’t have the time to make your own.

... Read moreWhen shopping at Sam’s Club, I've found that focusing on products with clean and simple ingredients not only helps maintain a healthier diet but also saves money in the long run. For example, their grass-fed 93% lean ground beef stands out because it’s less processed and contains fewer additives compared to typical supermarket meat. It’s perfect for meal prep or recipes where quality and flavor matter. I also swear by their pasture-raised eggs. These eggs usually have higher omega-3 fatty acids, more vitamin D, and antioxidants, which make them a superior choice over conventional eggs. They come in large packs that provide great value especially if you consume eggs daily. Greek yogurt at Sam’s Club is another staple—nonfat and high in protein, it’s versatile for smoothies, breakfasts, or healthy snack options. Plus, kiwis bought there are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, making them a refreshing, nutritious fruit to include in your diet. One discovery worth highlighting is the clean granola and cereal options. Many granolas are loaded with refined sugars and processed ingredients, but Sam’s Club offers brands sweetened with dates or monk fruit without artificial additives. While these options can be pricier, they provide a healthier alternative for those short on time who don't want to make homemade granola from scratch. For crunchy snacks, I also appreciate the multi-grain rice crackers made with olive oil and packed with seeds like sesame, flax, and quinoa. They offer fiber and omega-3s, making them a heart-healthy choice compared to regular crackers. Overall, shopping at Sam’s Club allows me to stock up on high-quality, budget-friendly essentials that promote a nutritious lifestyle. Whether you’re in need of protein-rich meats, wholesome snacks, or clean cereals, they have accessible options that fit well into a balanced diet.

I just got a Costco membership and I would HIGHLY recommend switching…they have MUCH more organic options and I love that you can buy the meats in bulk, even the beef you can get a tube of 10lb beef and at home I like to cut and freeze them…I got a slab of NY meat and I took it home and chopped it up (and saved the fat to make some tallow) and I paid 145$ and got 18steaks!!!
