Sushi on a budget

So…I love sushi, like the high quality bougie kind. But, I’m on a budget. So my sister-in-law put me on to Kimbap or Korean sushi and it’s bomb. Add some sweet chili sauce on the side, sprinkle some complete seasoning, turn on a murder mystery and we’re good to go!!

I get it 2 for $5 with a bottle of Stella Rosa and it’s a relaxing night. With this quick and simple meal I went from spending $50 on DoorDash to $20 before taxes and this will last me for at least two meals!! Put it on a pretty plate and you’re good to go.

Budgeting isn’t a limit and doesn’t cause you to miss out on the finer things in life. If anything it gives you an opportunity to have more fun with the things that matter most to you ❤️
