Weekly Flow That Keeps Me Strong & Feminine

Ever since I started moving with intention, I stopped feeling like I was chasing results and started feeling at home in my body. Here’s my current weekly workout split that helps me feel energized, sculpted, and in tune with my cycle, energy, and goals:

🍑 Monday – Glutes & Core

We’re building that shelf and protecting our spine! Expect hip thrusts, Bulgarian splits, planks, and stability work.

💪 Tuesday – Upper Body Push

Think chest, shoulders, and triceps. Dumbbell presses, push-ups, overhead presses—confidence in every rep.

🫖 Wednesday – Recovery

I rest, walk, stretch, or journal. This is my non-negotiable to prevent burnout & show up stronger later.

🧲 Thursday – Upper Body Pull

Lat pull-downs, rows, curls… it’s all about strength and posture. Hello, back definition!

🔥 Friday – Lower Body

Quads, hams, calves—it’s leg day with a balanced mix of strength and stability.

🧘‍♀️ Saturday – Yoga or Pilates Flow

Mindful movement. I stretch, breathe, and stay connected to my core. This day feels like a deep exhale.

💗 Sunday – Optional Movement

This is my intuitive day—maybe a walk in nature, or a full reset. It’s about what feels right.
