Until there are some very stressful days and try to get up and move, take yourself outside, just walk, move gently, sweat, sweat immediately, like it has unlocked the feeling of being open, unspeakable. ð
When you try it often, when you're stressed or confused, it starts to feel like you're really stiffer, you're really in control of your emotions, not as easy as before.
Some days just walk around the house, walk around for five minutes, have real time with yourself, don't talk to anyone for a while... discover that the heart is much lighter.
