Influencers are lying to you

I have worked out on and off since I was 13, and have always ate whatever I wanted whenever. I have also always been skinny and can easily obtain abs. BUT everyone’s body is different which is why I can do that. Influencers always tell you what you can and can’t eat, supplements you “need” to take, and workout plans you “have” to do to lose weight or tone up. The things is you have to find what works best FOR YOU. These people have the money to go to all these gyms and workout classes, and can hire personal trainers and chefs. The thing is you don’t need all of that. Find a workout routine that works for you, and buy and make food that you like to eat and makes you feel good. Stop listening to people try to tell YOU how to lose weight and tone up who don’t even know you. It’s all about what works for you and what you enjoy doing! #fitnesscontent #workout #Lemon8
