Back and Bicep Routine
I start with a good stretch and then start my workout. I usually for 3 sets of 10 and up my weight each set until I can’t go up anymore. Once i’m done I do some deep core exercises and that’s all of my routine!

To achieve an effective back and bicep workout routine, consider incorporating compound exercises that target multiple muscles simultaneously. Key movements such as rows and face pulls can significantly enhance your overall back strength and stability. Face pulls are excellent for developing the upper back and improving shoulder health, while hammer curls are an efficient way to isolate the biceps for better definition. It's also important to keep track of your weights and repetitions. For instance, gradually increasing weight, as mentioned in the routine where you go for 3 sets of 10, allows for progressive overload, which is crucial for muscle growth. Ensure adequate recovery between your sets to maintain optimal performance throughout your workout. Lastly, don't underestimate the value of flexibility and stretching—begin your routine with stretches to prepare your muscles for heavy lifting and conclude with core exercises to enhance your overall fitness level and prevent injury. By blending these elements, you can master a comprehensive back and bicep training session that boosts strength and aesthetics.
