3 ways to build muscle
1) Play Progressive Overload Weight
Weight gain / number of times / difficulty bit by bit every week
➡️ muscles are getting bigger and bigger.
2) Eat enough protein every day.
At least 1.6-2.2 g per 1 kg body weight
➡️ Protein Source: Chicken, Egg, Milk, Meat, Fish, Whey
3) Get enough rest.
Muscles do not grow when playing, but when resting.
➡️ Sleep 7-9 hours. Rejuvenates and increases rehearsal strength.
