How to Warm Up Your Shoulders

Too many people like to do the traditional hold of stretch aka static stretching before doing a workout.

That is so optimal and is potentially going to increase the likelihood of an injury, so instead, you should do a dynamic stretch/warm-up like shoulder circles with a band or without a band!
