Homemade Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
This meal will definitely be a new favorite! It took 20 minutes from start to finish and was DELICIOUS 🤤
- Costco microwaveable rice (don’t judge me 😂)
- 5 oz chicken marinated in teriyaki for about 8 hours
- 1 egg
- yum yum sauce
Preheat the air fryer to 400, add the chicken and cook for 15-20 mins. You might cook it a little less, I’m just crazy when it comes to salmonella. I think the chicken still came out juicy!
Cook the rice, let it cool a bit and add it to a warm skillet with a bit of butter and garlic. Let it cook, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and add an egg, scrambling it into the rice.
When the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the rice/egg mixture. Top with a liiiittle bit of yum yum sauce and enjoy! 😋
