When it comes to getting ready with me (GRWM), choosing the right products plays a crucial role in creating a radiant and natural makeup look. Over time, I've learned that layering certain foundations and using contour palettes that complement my skin tone really enhances the overall finish. For instance, combining ILIA Beauty Foundation Stick (shade 170) with Danessa Myricks skin tint foundation (shade 4) provides excellent buildable coverage and a natural glow without feeling heavy. Under-eye concealing has also become a ritual for me, especially with Lancôme Teint Idole concealer in shade 350 bisque cool and highlighting from the M.ph Face Highlight and contour palette in medium, which brightens and defines the area perfectly. For cheeks, pairing the Refy Blush in rose with Drunk Elephant rosi blush drops adds a natural flush that lasts through the day. Bronzing is another step I can’t skip; the Saie bronzer in tan bronze paired with Hourglass Ambient Bronzer in luminous bronze light brings warmth and dimension that looks sun-kissed yet subtle. For lips, mixing Summer Fridays lip tint in mocha with other shades like Huda Beauty’s toasty brown or REFY Lip Sculpt in seude lets me customize my tint according to mood or outfit. I also find that setting the makeup with Sephora’s pressed powder and waterproof setting sprays from TIRTIR and L’Oréal enhances longevity and keeps the skin looking matte yet fresh. For eyes, investing in reliable products like the Wet n Wild eyebrow pencil (dark brown), SACHEU liquid eyeliner, and layering Tarte and Caliray tubing mascaras keeps my lashes voluminous and smudge-proof. Finally, adding individual lash clusters like the Phkerata natural lash clusters grants a delicate, wispy finish to complete the look, especially for special outings like concerts or events. This makeup routine isn’t just about products; it’s about how they work harmoniously to boost confidence and create a flawless, radiant appearance tailored to my style.
