🧘 Habit 1: Finding a routine

🧘 How It Helps Me: It allowed me to know exactly what to look forward to. I am learning I can’t control everything, but what I can control, I can focus on. It helps me have a sense of stability in extremely hard times.

🧘 Habit 2: Journaling

🧘 How It Helps Me: It is a way to clear my mind and heart of all the heaviness from the day. Good or bad I feel like I clean my slate for the next day after journaling every evening.

🧘 Habit 3: Go to the gym

🧘 How It Helps Me: A lot of people do this to lose weight or be fit. I do it because it allows me to pour all the physical energy out. My anxiety never use to have an outlet, but going to the gym became the outlet that burned all the anxious energy off and allowed me to control my anxiety better.

Bought a new car at 20 🥳

I am super happy to say that after 6 months of having no car, walking and taking the bus to work I finally got a new car. The struggle was real, my journey to and from work was a two hour and five minute ride across 4 busses. Most days some of the buses were late making the journey even longer. H
