I’m back 🫡
Spending a full day in meetings, especially in a dynamic place like Washington D.C., can be both exhausting and inspiring. From personal experience, maintaining focus and energy throughout back-to-back sessions requires careful preparation and active engagement. One way I stay productive is by taking concise notes during meetings, which helps me retain important points and follow up on action items effectively. Additionally, being in such an environment offers unique opportunities to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds, enriching my perspectives. Balancing these meetings with my passions back at 'My Classroom' keeps me grounded and motivated. It’s important to schedule short breaks to recharge, even just a few moments to step outside for fresh air can make a difference. Reflecting on these experiences, I realize that time management and mindfulness are key. Whether you’re in meetings or teaching, being present in the moment enhances learning and collaboration. Embracing this busy routine has deepened my appreciation for both the fast pace of city life and the meaningful interactions that come from dedicated work.
