In this drink I am receiving the benefits of Vitamin C & Electrolytes. I am staying hydrated while consuming the vitamin c that my body needs for my anemia.Sometimes i like to add (pictured) Tart Cherry Juice (that helps with the blood) or any other juice or tea.
