I am starting over at 31

Hello,

My name is Alex and I feel like my early twenties were waisted. Yes! I should’ve listened don’t rush to get into a relationship. Take your time! Get to know yourself! Your twenties are for you to discover who you are, etc, etc… Welp! Yes, I didn’t listen and I should’ve. I lost myself along the way, forgot who I was, and what I’ve wanted to do. I’ve let my relationship tell me who I was as oppose establishing who was and becoming. But, you know what ? I am ready to start over and eat again. Mouth full of food, laughing out loud with no care in the world. Read my magazine on the toilet, judge people who don’t like hot milk with their chocolate Rice Krispies.

I am not sure what you are going through. But believe me when I say, You are too amazing to let your light be dimmed by people, life events or your own self. 🩷 Go with the flow cause everything will fall into place. And pray!

Don’t forget to practice self-care and mindfulness. Activities such as meditation, exercise, and spending time in nature can help center your thoughts and foster a sense of well-being. Starting over isn’t merely about changing circumstances; it’s also about embracing a mindset that encourages personal growth and fulfillment.
