Each morning, I try to list three things I'm genuinely thankful for, no matter how minor. It could be the warmth of my coffee, a sunny sky, or a kind word from a friend. During challenging moments, I try to pause and ask myself, 'What can I learn from this? Is there any hidden blessing here?' Sometimes, it's just being thankful for the resilience I'm building or for the support system around me. It’s a practice, not a perfect state.
